Brad Murrill
Founder & CEO
Helping individuals, families, and business owners make informed financial decisions through more than three decades of trusted financial guidance.
For more than 30 years, Brad Murrill has helped individuals, families, business owners, and retirees make informed financial decisions with confidence. As Founder and CEO of Redfish Capital Management, he has built the firm around a simple philosophy: deliver personalized financial guidance grounded in trust, education, and long-term relationships.
-
Brad began his career in financial services in 1994 with Solomon Smith Barney after graduating from Houston Baptist University with degrees in Psychology and Sociology. He completed extensive firm training in Hartford and New York before building expertise across municipal bonds, equity investing, commodities, retirement planning, estate planning, and comprehensive wealth management. Over the course of his career, he has earned numerous financial industry registrations, including the Series 7 and Series 3.
Education has always been central to Brad's approach. Throughout his career, he has hosted educational seminars, spoken publicly on financial topics, and built a loyal following through radio, television, podcasts, and digital media. Beginning in 1998, he hosted financial talk radio programs across Houston and the Texas Hill Country, helping listeners better understand investing, retirement planning, and today's financial markets. Today, he co-hosts the Healthy, Wealthy & Wise podcast and has appeared as a featured guest on national television, including The Balancing Act.
Prior to founding Redfish Capital Management in 2010, Brad served as a Financial Advisor at Wells Fargo, where he advised high-net-worth individuals and families on investment management, financial planning, and estate planning strategies.
Brad continues to guide clients through every stage of life, helping them build, preserve, and transfer wealth with thoughtful planning and personalized advice. His commitment to education, integrity, and long-term client relationships remains the foundation of Redfish Capital Management.
Beyond helping clients build financial plans, Brad is passionate about building relationships. He believes money is deeply personal and that the best advice begins by understanding the person before the portfolio. His philosophy has always been simple: meet clients where they are, walk beside them through every stage of life, and provide the same thoughtful, coordinated guidance often reserved for the wealthiest families.
